Program Overview

• We work one-on-one through four dynamic bi-weekly sections as you complete program steps independently with me here to guide you through the details. 

• We will have one initial "dreaming" consultation phone call, then four live Zoom calls throughout the program, one during each section.

• You will have homework and practice tasks to complete during each of the four sections of the program as we cover all of the bases.

• You have unlimited access to me via e-mail along the way to ask for any feedback, send any questions, and share your successes!
